Lara Jade has been working in the photography industry for the past seven years - continuously working worldwide with high profile publications such as ELLE and Conde Nast. Her extensive client list includes Random House, Harper Collins, Macmillan Books, Sony Music, the BBC and rising brands within the industry. She is a working photographer with an extensive knowledge of studio and location environments, organising shoots, creative direction and retouching. Being her own creative director on most of her personal shoots and contributing to ideas on commissioned work has enabled her to build up a large archive of personal and client work in a small number of years, and has enabled her to create that individual style that is seen in her work today.

The Workshops

If you’re looking for a workshop that will define your personal style and hone your technical skills – this is the workshop for you!

My workshops aim to cover everything you need to know about putting together a professional fashion photo shoot – on the day of the event we prepare and organise a full creative team (consisting of industry leading models, a make up artist, hair stylist and wardrobe stylist) to work with you to create your own individual images. One thing that makes us stand out against other courses is that our learning style is ‘hands-on’ – so you learn first hand how to put together a professional shoot and work professionally within your team. I am there on the day as your guide & the day’s structure will introduce you to a brief history of my experience, show you lighting demonstrations and to advise you as you go. We also cover individual portfolio reviews and Q&A’s throughout the day. It is a fantastic way to learn and build your portfolio at the same time!

The attendee numbers are small and exclusive (usually between 10-12 people only p/workshop) – we feel this is the best way to cater to every individual photographer’s needs. Whether you are an amateur or a professional of your talent we have something to teach you – the day is designed for you as an individual and what you need to learn.
